Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all deliveries from TriAeroStride to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Contractual Partner
The purchase contract is concluded with TriAeroStride, owner: Felix Buck-Gramcko, Kaindlweberweg 13, A-5061 Elsbethen.
3. Conclusion of Contract
3.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
3.2. By clicking the [Buy/Order with obligation to pay] button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation by email immediately after receiving your order.
4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1. If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot predominantly be attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activity), you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.
4.2. If you, as a consumer, exercise your right of withdrawal pursuant to clause 4.1, you bear the regular costs of the return shipment.
4.3. In all other respects, the right of withdrawal is governed by the provisions set out in the following withdrawal policy:

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us [TriAeroStride, Kaindlweberweg 13, A-5061 Elsbethen, +4915732379840, triaerostride@gmail.com] by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form on our website. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g., by email) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs
5.1. The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
5.2. When paying by cash on delivery, an additional fee may be charged by the delivery service. No further taxes or costs will be incurred.
6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery is only made within Germany and Austria.
6.2. The delivery time is up to 7 days. Any deviations in delivery times will be indicated on the respective product page.
7. Payment
7.1. Payment can be made in advance, by credit card, PayPal, or cash on delivery.
7.2. If you choose to pay in advance, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods upon receipt of payment.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is made.
9. Liability for Defects
TriAeroStride is liable for defects in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, particularly §§ 434 ff of the German Civil Code.
10. Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission has created an internet platform for the online resolution of disputes. The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court resolution of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase agreements. Further information is available at the following link. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
